General Description of Services:

• FLAIR will be replaced with Florida PALM and the department has been tasked with providing current business processes as well as how those will continue to operate under Florida PALM.
• Background: The Florida PALM-Financial Services Ecosystem will address the client s (Department) accounting needs as the agency transitions its accounting activities from the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system to a future state accounting environment that will become the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (Florida PALM) system as well as potentially other agency accounting and/or accounting related systems.

Required Experience:

• Project Manage must have previous experience in managing projects of similar size and scope within the last two (2) years.
• Be located in Tallahassee, Florida within 5 Days of PO issuance.
• Direct and manage all Vendor's project activities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Department while maintaining open and effective communication with the Contract Manager, leadership, Executive Steering Committee, and oversight entities.
• Must have experience and knowledge of FLAIR and PALM
• Negotiate, authorize, and implement Department approved change requests.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct and document project meetings, including sign-in sheets.
• Create and provide project reports in an agreed-upon format.
• Dismiss and replace Vendor personnel for cause upon written request of the Department.
• Address and correct all identified deficiencies in project deliverables.
• Identify risks and assist the Contract Manager in the development of mitigation plans to address those identified risks.
• Provide regular status reports and supporting documentation to the Contract Manager as requested.
• Complete transition services providing all of the documents, software, software licenses, and other Project work products as they relate to the work performed under this RFQ.
• Maintain project schedule.
