Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in banquet services, menu planning, and possess strong leadership qualities within the hospitality and food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute catering events including corporate functions, and private parties
- Create menus that cater to clients' preferences and dietary needs
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets high standards
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and maximize profitability

Requirements:

-Proven experience in catering, or banquet services

-Must be able to work weekends, and occasional nights (most of our catered events are during the days, Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to maintain cost-effectiveness
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
