What Makes You A Good Fit?
Role
As an experienced HVAC Business Development/Sales Executive, you will promote the sale of solution-based HVAC projects and maintenance programs to Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional customers throughout the Chicagoland area.
The successful individual will work with new and existing customers to identify, promote and quote Service Agreements and associated HVAC Projects/Retrofits, that reduce repair costs and energy consumption while increasing operational reliability, comfort conditions, and extend the overall lifespan of customers’ HVAC equipment.
The ideal candidate will know and understand commercial HVAC systems and should have a demonstrated track record of exploring new viable markets for opportunities, cold calling for new business, identifying pain points within a client's current mechanical system and proposing technical solutions through cost justification to high-level audiences.

Compensation & Location
This position will be based out of Naperville, IL. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate, including a base salary, aggressive commission plan, monthly auto allowance, Blue Cross health insurance, 401k match, and other comprehensive benefits.
