As a Commercial Customer Account Executive, you'll fill a key role in growing our current customer base working expansion, upsell, and renewal deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Hunt and close forecast opportunities within our current account base.
  • Build deep partnerships & Collaborate with Customer Success
  • Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives
  • Manage a book of business with ~200 accounts
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Assist with renewal discussions for current customers.
  • Exhibit a proficient use of technology to generate pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of closing experience
  • Deep experience hunting new business. Upsell/Cross Sell Experience is a plus but not required.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
