Summary

Dedicated and customer-focused individual who will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, supporting various office services and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, from reception and mail center operations to conference room support and office moves.

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

· Support office services with daily duties such as reception, copy/print production, mail center operations, conference room support, and kitchen /pantry hospitality

· Ability to understand customer goals and initiatives as well as anticipate needs

· Assist with mail / package sort and delivery to recipients. Shipping and receiving duties

· Support office moves via packing and moving of furniture and boxes

· Assist with the fulfillment of copy / print request needs

· Backfill coworkers during lunches, breaks, scheduled and unscheduled absences

· Offer suggestions for process improvements to operation’s procedures during account coverage

· Assist with office supply and copier consumable (toner, staples, etc.) management

· Perform daily inspection and touch point service of copier equipment

· Manage conference room setups & breakdowns – chairs, easels, assist with all tasks associated with events management, etc.

· Assist with maintaining conference space

· Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

· College Degree

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to understand customer concerns and anticipate customer needs

· Written and oral Communication skills

Physical Requirements

· Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
