Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Leverage all given resources and business development solutions to expand margins and exceed donor goals
• Generate new business through prospecting activities, nurturing inbound leads, and other developed strategies
• Develop trusted relationships with prospects and donors
• Communicate effectively with all relevant departments, including Directors, Senior Sales Associates, and Customer Support Associates to establish and accomplish goals
• Facilitate the placement of donations and monitors the enrollment process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with our executive team to share customer feedback, observations of customer challenges, and new ideas or features that would enhance the customer experience
• Become a nonprofit and fundraising expert through peer-led training and personal development

Entry Level Sales Associate Education And Experience We Look For:

• High school, secondary diploma, or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Background in business development, customer service, or sales
