We're looking for a dedicated Promotions Assistant to join our team, focusing on supporting our non-profit clients in their mission-driven outreach endeavors. We are seeking an individual with a strong passion for social impact and a knack for creativity and thinking out of the box. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our non-profit clientele, leveraging your marketing and promotional skills to enhance their visibility and extend their outreach and mission. Your efforts will contribute to heightened community engagement and significant societal change.

Responsibilities of a Promotions Assistant:

• Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on anti-drug, violence, and crime reduction initiatives
• Provide support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

What we look for in a Promotions Assistant:

• Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service
• Influential leadership characteristics

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
• Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
