In Workplace Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) our unique contribution will accelerate GSK’s success by transforming the employee experience, inspiring everyone to be their best wherever they work.
WREF is the global team that is responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, execution and operations of GSK’s real estate portfolio.
This includes defining the organization's real estate and workplace experience strategy across our network of over 250 manufacturing, R&D and office facilities;
as well as leveraging our network of vendor partners to ensure delivery facility management and capital project services to GSK’s global office portfolio.
The team is set up in a matrixed operating model where a Centre of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for service strategy and process ownership, and Regional teams are responsible for executing WREF’s services.
Reporting to the WREF Head of Americas, the Workplace Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Head of Region generally, ensuring system and process compliance in the delivery of regional services, and manage a program of events and communications to align the regional team and vendors.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following
Includes Ownership of regions end to end travel and expense process.
Leveraging the services of offshore support as appropriate.
