Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar area
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the bar experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or bar management is required
- Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- Knowledge of food service, including food handling and safety protocols
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial reporting purposes
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus
