Pay Range: $48,750 – $51,145

• Multi-site facilities and vendor management for operational safety of our staff and participants
• Plan and project manage property improvements using our capital needs assessment.
• Learn compliance and code for childcare classrooms and playgrounds.
• Responsible for department budget and managing agency savings.
• Work with municipal and licensing authorities for regulatory compliance Associate’s degree or Technical Institute Certification plus 5 year’s experience

Associate’s degree or Technical Institute Certification plus 5 year’s experience required; preference of property management or licensed general contractor background.
