What we are looking for: We are looking for a Risk and Resiliency professional, Associate Vice President to join our SSGA IT Risk and Resilience Team to provide support driving identification of potential risks and remediation for gaps in the Risk and Regulatory environment. Role will require solid Project Management skills leveraged in a variety of situations with the ability to establish key reporting and governance models for State Street Global Advisor (SSGA) supporting all regions. Reporting to the Regulatory Risk and Resilience lead, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with relevant key internal stakeholders. This role will ask you to provide expertise or seek SME support, thought leadership and be responsible for supporting regulatory engagements/exams, Outsourcing oversight Risk Assessments (ORAD) and similar activities. Why this role is important to us: The role requires a solid understanding of technology and SSGA IT as a service provider to SSGA Legal Entities globally. The role will also focus on upcoming regulations which may have impact to SSGA IT, including participating in Business Impact Analysis which will define specifically the SSGA IT Impact. The role sits within the SSGA IT Technology and Transformation organization, located in Boston, MA. As IT Risk and Resilience; Regulatory AVP, you will: Gaining familiarity with the regulatory entities and supporting examinations both scheduled and ad hoc Supporting Regional Compliance and SSGA Business executives in Oversight Reviews of SSGA IT provided technology support. Develop strong operational and regulatory subject matter expertise relevant to their areas of accountability (Technology Resilience, Regulatory Obligations, Corporate Policy) Provide accountability for managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and supporting metrics associated. Work collaboratively to ensure accuracy based on legal, regulatory or organizational changes. These skills will help you succeed in this role Energetic, organized and process oriented.
