We are in search of a highly motivated project manager to join our Global Client Coverage Research Center team. This pivotal role involves crafting, overseeing, and executing research, partnership, and activation project plans, with a keen focus on tracking milestones and ensuring team accountability for deliverables. Closely collaborating with the Research Center team, you will play a crucial part in prioritizing key projects, ensuring their timely execution within budget and in alignment with the defined scope of work. Your ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects concurrently or manage a large program with multiple workstreams will be instrumental in your success in this role. Central to this position is your role in fostering connectivity across the Research Center team and with cross-functional partners, including client coverage, sales distribution and strategy, and marketing communications teams. Your adeptness in facilitating seamless communication will ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met. Due to the responsibilities of this role, this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available. As an Assistant Research Project Manager, you will: Commit to the Research Center’s measures of success contributing to GA business growth: 1- Being the preferred provider and creating better outcomes for clients 2- Increasing client/partner engagement to build awareness and loyalty 3- Moving beyond transactional sales to grow share of wallet and enable the Global Client Coverage team to drive assets under management and annualized net new revenue Stay abreast of industry trends and change by tracking and reporting on the activities of the wealth management market landscape, including initiatives from competitors and peers. Synthesize actionable insights from internal and external company data sources. Provide regular updates on market activity and address subsequent industry implications and identify opportunities to create a competitive advantage and enable sales development. Foster strong connectivity across Research Center team and lead the bi-weekly status meetings. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor progress and proactively adjust to achieve project goals. Streamline end-to-end workflow processes for internal and external communication materials, ensuring alignment with existing partner team workflows. Coordinate internal and external meetings to disseminate project updates and manage workflow effectively. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of investor audiences and regions for distribution, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements in all communication materials. Manage business review submissions. Maintain the team shared drive (BOX) along with accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare progress reports and presentations for the leadership team and stakeholders. Oversee the posting of all communication content and sales enablement materials to Seismic and relevant external digital sites, collaborating with GA marketing and content teams as needed. Managing the onboarding and maintenance of Research Center vendors, including scopes of work, change orders, and invoices. Pursue industry awards nomination opportunities and manage the submission process. Assist in the preparation of the quarterly business review deliverable and annual assessment against the Research Center’s key performance indicators. Deliver risk excellence and comply with the sales supervision culture that demonstrates and promotes the highest ethical standards. These skills will help you succeed in this role: Strong planning skills to develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that all project requirements are clearly defined and understood by the team and stakeholders Excellent collaborations skills coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire others, maintain order, prioritize tasks, and adaptively reprioritize as needed, all while maintaining a high attention to detail Familiarity with market research principles, thought leadership concepts, and program development Self-starter, full of tenacity, persistence, and resilience, with the ability to work cross-functionally across a large organization Strong written and oral communications skills Curious and inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem-solving A passionate learner with a growth mindset Willing to travel for client engagements and industry events (10%-15%) Education & preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 4 years experience in project management, ideally in market research or financial services About the Global Client Coverage Research Center Centered on the interests of our clients across the enterprise, the Research Center serves as an interconnected community for financial professionals, wealth managers, and financial advisors to share and access knowledge, staying informed and adept in the dynamic field of wealth management. Salary Range: $80,000 - $132,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
