167 Hospitality is seeking support staff at their 2 restaurants in Downtown Charleston and offers unique opportunity at each location

~BAR167 Bistro & Lounge

167’s support staff help all areas of the restaurant and responsibilities include resetting tables, providing ice for the bars, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness of dining room, and run food. Our server assistants will deliver food to the tables and be able to describe the dishes to the guests.

167’s barback position supports the bartenders with tasks that include cleaning glassware, refilling ice trays/buckets, clearing plates, restocking bar needs. A large component to the bar back position is to be involved in the bar preparation for our cocktail program. Tasks to participate in bar prep include making simple syrups, juicing fruit, preparing garnishes, and more.

Looking for individuals that have a positive attitude, take initiative, compose great team work and can demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills. Our crew embodies the “One dream, one team” mentality, and will participate in a tip pool.
