ROLE SUMMARY: The Sales Enablement Manager will report to the Director of Wholesaler Tech and will be responsible for . This role will own the training plans, communication plans, user feedback, adoption & change management for our users and continuous phased feature rollout plans where applicable. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Own adoption and change management for our features, utilizing mix panel data for insights along with webinars/beta group calls to understand what is and isn’t working Identify areas within the tools that aren’t being used and determine why and formulate a plan to address Collect user requirements and conduct user research to inform roadmap through user focus groups, field visits, and app usage analysis Partners closely with other stakeholders TSM’s for strategy, along with owning all Panel Content/Presentations JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, business, or a related field Wholesaler-facing or client-facing experience preferred Prior experience working with Agile is a plus, but not needed Experience with stakeholder management Experience with data visualization and analytics Ability to work with and lead a cross-functional team Strong communication skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
