SUMMARY The SAP GRC Security Analyst will join a group of IT professionals focusing on IT Security Operations and responsible for the security identity and access administration across the enterprise. This position will grant authorization via security rules and remove authorization to systems as roles change or individuals are no longer with the company. Additionally, this team member will proactively monitor the environment for security and compliance violations and providing second level support. The SAP GRC Security Analyst will work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. As a team member within the IT organization, this role will contribute daily to the health and welfare of JOANN IT Systems. Through a mix of daily support and project deliverables, the SAP GRC Security Analyst will be provided with opportunities for growth and advancement. Along with formal training, Lead and Senior team members will provide ongoing direction and mentoring. Responsibilities extend to the Store Support Center (SSC), 4 distribution centers and multi- channel retailing through over 800 stores and multi-national ecommerce. The total user environment consists of over 18,000 team members. Rotational on-call 24X7 support activities are required to support emergency identity issues outside typical business hours. JOB DUTIES Maintain SAP access roles across all relevant SAP environments. Partner with business units and Internal Audit to ensure proper separation of duties among roles and responsibilities set per role and environment. Review, revise, and create new roles as required by audit and/or the business. Create and maintain documentation relating to SAP roles and workflows. Assist IT Security / IAM team with O365, AD, and other application security access. Ensure appropriate licensing is applied to accounts within O365 / Azure AD environment based on job role and responsibility. Maintain manually populated email distribution groups for Support Center. Audit shared mailboxes to ensure they are in use and not dormant / stale. Assist with IT audit functions relating to identity and access management. Ensure daily operations remain aligned with appropriate IT security and compliance controls. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education Minimum: Associate Degree in computer science, business or related field. Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business or related field. Experience Minimum: 3 years SAP Security administration, compliance. Experience Preferred: 5 years of technology experience including security management.
