Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Contract/Travel/ Full time - 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, monitoring vital signs and reporting changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Provide guidance on managing illnesses, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Follow protocols, ensure patient safety, and maintain a clean healthcare environment.

Job Requirements:

• IL RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• 2 years of M/S RN experience
• 2-years of hospital acute care as a Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg unit
• Travel requirement - Will not consider candidates within 60 miles of facility

Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 3x12
• 36 Hours Shift
