Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
• Answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office communications.
• Billing and coding for insurance purposes.
• Maintaining and organizing medical files and records.
• Comforting and reassuring patients during medical procedures.
• Explaining treatment procedures and medications to patients.
• Performing basic wound care and first aid.
• Liaising between patients and healthcare providers.
• Communicating with pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Job Requirements:

• EMR: Epic experience a must
• 1 Years of Experience - Required
