Job Title : CNA Hospice
Job Location : Colorado Springs, CO
Job Type : Contract
Job Duties :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Job Requirements :
- 1 year of Hospice and Home Health Experience required
- Valid BLS Certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with patients and their families
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate nature and dedication to providing exceptional patient care Schedule :
- Mon to Fri
- Mon to Fri
- 5 * 8
- 40 Hours per week
Job Type : Contract
Pay : $18.00 per hour
