The corporate strategy group reports directly to ADI’s CEO & Chair and works on the highest value issues and opportunities facing the company. This position will be responsible for supporting a wide range of strategy projects that will drive growth and critical thinking. This individual will partner closely with the leadership team to broadly define business growth strategies and key enterprise initiatives, while owning the execution and monitoring of these efforts. The candidate must be a broad, highly analytical, and structured thinker, with the ability to take initiative, set strategic priorities, take ownership of assigned projects/tasks, and independently drive for results. Key Responsibilities: Understand market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer movements, ecosystem trends, and new technologies to develop a robust, dynamic “outside in” and “inside out” perspective Partner with the executive leadership team, as well as leadership across the business units, customer office, CTO, and operations, building productive relationships to understand their businesses and strategic objectives Influence colleagues and senior management, and collaborate cross-functionally across ADI, to continue to implement vision and strategy through a strong emphasis on key enterprise initiatives and innovative growth opportunities Lead critical enterprise and business unit level projects, engaging with consulting firms when appropriate Own the strategic planning process and related monthly reviews, and support and coordinate divisional planning Help define inorganic growth strategy, from VC/startup ecosystem to transformational M&A, collaborating with the corporate development team on execution Provide robust program management capabilities Assist in the preparation of senior-level briefings and board materials, which involves summarizing and communicating insights at the right level from detailed analyses Balance multiple projects while providing clear thinking and excellent attention to detail in a dynamic work environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Science related fields. MBA preferred. 7 years of proven experience reflective of growing scope and responsibility in the following disciplines: Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Development, Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Project Management, Commercial and/or Operations roles Strong strategic and quantitative data analysis skills, including advanced Excel modeling skills, with the ability to lead the development of a business plan Knowledge of the technology or semiconductor space a plus For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
