Overview As the Executive Finance Program Manager for our CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex financial processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a trusted advisor to the CFO, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and alignment across the organization. This position requires a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership. Responsibilities 1. Strategic Process Management Collaborate closely with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive informed decision-making. 2. Requirements Management Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements related to financial systems, reporting, and analytics. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans. Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives by managing dependencies and resources effectively. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a bridge between the CFO’s office and other departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, HR). Facilitate communication, alignment, and coordination across teams. Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture. 4. Executive Support Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings. Assist the CFO in preparing for meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Special Projects Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by the CFO. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to address critical business challenges. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, or operations. Prior experience in a Sr. Program Finance Manager role is highly desirable. Driving Finance employee engagement and development programs. Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change. Proficiency in project management and process improvement. High level of integrity and discretion. - Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
