The Role The Associate Director of Executive Security Services provides expert leadership, Executive protection, risk mitigation guidance, and global operational secure logistics support to the Kyndryl Executive Leadership, and Board of Directors. The position also requires global collaboration with Kyndryl Safety & Security Teams. The Associate Director must have proven ability to infuse innovation and creativity into strategic planning, focusing on programs that provide the highest level of protective services, and secure travel logistics. This role will support efforts and protocols designed to mitigate global security risks to the C-suite, and employees. This position demands expert communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of internal, cross functional and external engagement. Responsibilities: This position requires extensive global and domestic travel, and commensurate experience. Provide global executive protection services, including trip planning, advance visits, close protection as needed. Extensive global security/logistics network that includes close working relationships with global law enforcement agencies, FBO’s, transportation companies and corporate security partners. Expertise with travel risk, threat assessments, and protective intelligence. with a deep knowledge of EP operations and program best practices. Possess a high level of interpersonal skills, poise, tact and diplomacy. Proficiently perform responsibilities under often fast paced, high pressure, sensitive and volatile conditions. Who You Are Minimum of 15 years of executive protection experience in both the public and corporate sectors. Mininum of 10 years of international executive protection travel experience. Readiness to travel 50% annually. Must possess HR218 certification. CPR/AED Certification by the American Heart Association Possess or ability to acquire (TSA) Transportation Security Administration, (ASO) Armed Security Officer certification. Maintain extreme confidentiality of sensitive information. Efficient in planning travel arrangements and utilizing the Concur platform for expenditures. If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $102,390 to$233,450 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Shared Success plan.
