Job Summary- Must Have Previous Experience Working in Chiropractic Office
We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to fill the dual role of Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant. The ideal candidate will posses a blend of administrative, managerial and call center expertise as wells knowledge of Chiropractic care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our chiropractic clinic while also providing direct support to chiropractors and patients. The ideal candidate will assist the Chiropractor in running the office, managing the CA's at the front desk and assisting with patient care. CA/Office Manger will assist with answering the phones and scheduling appointments at the front desk. You are also directly involved with helping to establish patient care. Educating patients about chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals is crucial as well as have strong interpersonal skills. Understanding the needs of the patient and being empathetic to their pain and suffering is extremely important.

Responsibilities
  • Must be Outgoing and always smiling
  • Manager daily administrative tasks, including patient appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
  • Maintain organized patient records and ensure adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA).
  • Make sure CA's are reaching their daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Greet patients when they enter the clinic
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment and inventory.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures for smooth operation.
  • Assist in billing and financial management including discussing various corrective care plans and costs associated with these plans.
  • Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for patients,a dressing their concerns and providing fanatical customer service.
  • TEAM Management: Supervise and train support staff ensuring they adhere to clinic policies and protocols.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting Team work.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Clinic Director, staff and patients
  • Ability to review our Corrective Care Plans and to Gain Commitment for the patient to commit to the time and financial demands needed to help them with a better quality of life
  • Describe supplements and products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience working in a Chiropractic Office
  • Excellent Management Skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
  • Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
  • Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
  • Sales Background a PLUS
  • Bi-Lingual a Plus
