Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.QualificationsFull-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to manage a skilled nursing facilityRequired to be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California and would prefer a PT to have management experienceExperience in a skilled nursing facilityAdditional InformationWe are looking for a motivated, dynamic, experienced clinician and manager to lead a multidisciplinary rehab team providing inpatient services to skilled nursing patients and outpatient services to residents of the Independent and Assisted Living campus and community.This position offers excellent pay, flexible health/dental/vision plans and programs including 401(K), continuing education allowance, PTO and more.
