We are looking for a motivated individual to perform office duties. This will include answering calls, dispatching calls to technicians, basic accounting functions, and other office responsibilities. Basic computer skills are required for this position.

Requirements:

• Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identify customers’ issues (plumbing or HVAC) and booking the job accordingly.
• Utilize great communication skills to ensure the customer is satisfied and all needed information is received during the call.
• Technician Scheduling & Dispatching
• Handles Invoice Process
• Perform clerical and mail processes
• Additional duties as directed by owners/manager
