ResponsibilitiesProvides advanced statistical expertise, guidance, and support to researchers, scientists, faculty, research teams, and managers engaged in research studies within the Department of Human Neuroscience. Participates in the design, development, and reporting of research studies and clinical trials. Collects, analyzes and interprets biological and health science data across multiple research programs. Responds to a broad range of complex statistical issues arising in a variety of clinical and translational research settings.
Experience
1 year of experience or completed education in statistical design of research projects and power analysis or Machine Learning.
2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred.
Good understanding of computational biology.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or related field, plus two years of experience
OR
Master’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or related area PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics or related area
PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics or related area preferred.
