QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapy Assistant in practicing state and/or nationally certified
- Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
