Legacy Medical Group - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a sixth board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician/physiatrist to join our practice. Our physicians have the opportunity to see patients across diverse locations including:
Legacy Rehabilitation Institute of Oregon (RIO) is a 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Established 75 years ago, RIO provides the highest-level inpatient rehab care in the region, is CARF accredited, and has been recognized in US News and World Reports Rehabilitation rankings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency or fellowship in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Certification/Licensure:
Board eligible/certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
Active member in good standing of Hospital Medical Staff.
BLS certification minimally required (ACLS may substitute for BLS).
