Endeavor Construction Solutions is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Houston, TX

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. You must be willing to travel to the job site that could be located in different states.

Duties:

- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones

- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans

- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts

- Submit daily project progress reports

- Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam, RedTeams, or similar construction software

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specification

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
