```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, corporate finance, and regulatory reporting.
```Duties```
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Perform technical accounting research and provide recommendations on accounting issues
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and provide financial insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to manage financial transactions
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Experience in the Construction industry preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (RedTeam is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
