Highlands Ranch Collision Center is Hiring a CSR - Customer Service Representative Near Littleton, CO
Highlands Ranch Certified Collision Center is seeking an individual with great customer service skills who brings an outgoing personality. This individual would act as the face of the front office. This individual will answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative updates all guests on a regular basis. All guests need to know of any changes with their repair throughout the process. The ideal candidate will also handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. If you are serious about building an automotive career, then HRCC is the best place to lay your roots.
