Roper, Townsend & Sutphen, P.A. is Hiring a Workers' Compensation Paralegal Near Orlando, FL

Insurance defense law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with a strong background in defense Workers Compensation. As a WC Legal Assistant, you will support a busy work comp attorney with scheduling, calendaring, coordinating parties' schedules, maintaining case files, as well as prepare subpoenas and draft legal correspondence. The best suited candidate for this Legal Assistant will have previous hands-on experience working in a fast-paced law firm.

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience, with strong writing and communication skills; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced practice. Must also be organized, motivated, proficient with document management software, state and federal court filing systems, and calendar management.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
