Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal/Legal Assistant: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: transcription, scheduling, drafting pleadings, prepare/maintain trial binders and mediation folders, opening and closing files and fax/scan/import incoming/outgoing mail. Skills required: At least one year of workers’ compensation insurance defense experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Total Office and/or Juris is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.
