Arden Electric and Security Inc is Hiring a Security Systems Technician Near Colorado, CO
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service technician roles, security systems, blueprint reading, locksmithing, computer networking, electrical work, and low voltage systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and Repair of Access Control, Electronic Locks and Door Hardware
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and Repair of Interior and Exterior Video Surveillance Cameras
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostics and Repair of Intrusion Alarm Detection Devices
- Reading & understanding blueprint layouts and electrical schematic drawings to determine equipment locations and operation
- Troubleshoot, Identify and Diagnose equipment malfunctions and errors
- Great organizational skills are a must-have
- Traveling to service sites will be expected
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of locksmithing principles for physical security measures
- Experience with computer networking protocols and technologies
- Ability to build and configure security systems including low voltage components
- Familiarity with electrical work related to security system installations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
