We are looking for a reliable person to perform warehouse duties- primarily picking, sorting, labeling and palletizing time sensitive orders. You will also be responsible for tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner. A good candidate should be able to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. The ideal skills are the ability to coordinate, organize and plan. Being dependable with good time management and documentation skills is a must.

In this role you will:

• Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
• Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.

What you bring to the table:

• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and customers. Leadership skills are a plus.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate.
• Valid driver's license - Encouraged to obtain a Class E license (as you will also be relied upon as a backup delivery driver).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety.
• Ability to work in an unconditioned warehouse (sometimes very hot/cold).
• Ability to lift objects ~50lbs and occasionally lifting objects up to 75lbs is required.
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, reach frequently, climb ladders and be on your feet (all within an 8 hour shift).
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, perform basic calculations, basic computer skills, input accurately, reason, and analyze.
• High school degree
• Must pass a fitness assessment test

Pay details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $15-17/hour depending on experience.

This position is full-time Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p.
