Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our team. As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule maintenance tasks
- Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled maintenance activities
- Provide customers with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating proper workflow

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in maintenance management or planning/scheduling role
- Familiarity with CMMS work order inputs
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Parts Clerk experience is preferred but not required
- Maintenance planning or mechanical trade is highly desirable
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
