The Head of Demand Generation at AnyDesk is pivotal in steering the company's growth through the creation and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with AnyDesk's growth objectives in the dynamic SaaS landscape.
  • Bring a forward-thinking approach, leveraging a proven track record in driving successful demand generation campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Campaign Innovation:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, with a focus on leveraging the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS industry.
  • Harness the power of marketing automation tools to create targeted, personalized, and high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Growth Acceleration:
  • Drive lead identification and qualification through strategic deployment of online and offline channels, maximizing opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Implement effective lead scoring methodologies to prioritize leads, enhancing the conversion of prospects into engaged users.
  • Content Excellence:
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to craft compelling and industry-relevant content tailored for various stages of the customer journey.
  • Ensure alignment of content strategies with AnyDesk's brand messaging and resonance with our diverse user base.
  • Analytics-Driven Optimization:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success, providing data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
  • Utilize analytics tools to refine campaigns and enhance overall demand generation effectiveness.
  • Agile Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget in an agile scale-up environment, ensuring resource allocation that maximizes return on investment.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and tools to amplify demand generation efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in demand generation, ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing impactful demand generation campaigns, demonstrating adaptability in a scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork across departments.
