Effective verbal and written communication skills- bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Knowledge of retail recipe development, food costing, gross margin, department labor/ food budgets.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position.
Must be 18 or older.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work non-traditional hours as needed and weekends and holidays
3-5 years of Multi-Unit Food Service Management Experience
Experience with Scratch-recipe fresh and prepare item assortment.
High school diploma or culinary Degree preference
Management experience preferred.
Previous Food Retail experience
Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.
