Job Description
Your Daily Responsibilities are provided below.
- Handle a caseload, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitrations
- Advise clients of claim liability and legal rights and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
- Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands
- Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions
- Gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases

Qualifications
What We are looking for from the potential hire:
- Must have a minimum of one year of documented experience in pre-suit personal injury cases and must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
- Prior experience on the Plaintiff's side with Personal Injury Protection.
Good to Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
