- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries or orders
- Utilize effective phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate when necessary
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques is a plus
