Position Summary: 

Assist end users with challenges they may face with the products our agency represents such as Water Heaters, Backflow Preventers, Pumps and Utility Controllers. Coordinate/plan the installation of equipment such as Water Heaters, HVAC and Pump products, including troubleshooting any issues. Play a key role in educating customers on features, installation and operation of products.

Must have two tofour years related experience in Plumbing and/or HVAC systems and be able to

travel to the Corporate Office in Carrollton, TX for training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Advises and educates customers on installed products to ensure they meet manufacturer’s instructions and specifications. 
• Provide on-site and over the phone assistance to customers to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Conduct customer field training in installation operation and maintenance of equipment as well as troubleshooting.
• Analyze and review inspection findings to determine corrective action.
• Coordinate problem resolution with manufacturers, facilities, contractors, and other personnel involved with project.
• Analyze reports of problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes, and recommend modifications to eliminate future problems.
• Follow up and communicate with customers to determine service needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction with services performed.
• Document observations via written reports, photos, and videos.
• Take apart and reassemble equipment to diagnose defects, replace faulty parts and perform testing.
• Maintain product knowledge on equipment.
• 25% travel throughout territory
