The role:The Front Desk/Party Lead plays a key role in providing unforgettable experiences at Spy Ninjas HQ. The front desk/party lead will schedule, manage and supervise a full staff of front desk/party hosts to facilitate the most incredible birthday celebrations and corporate gatherings, from the moment our guests enter the facility to when they depart from the action. The lead will stock and display inventory, help Ninjas redeem/purchase merchandise, and provide them with masterful customer service experience. This will include everything from welcoming our Ninjas to checking them in and preparing them to experience all Spy Ninjas HQ has to offer. As an essential member of our management team, the front desk/party lead will work as the manager on duty to oversee all of the on-going special events at Spy Ninjas HQ. Leads should be ready for a fast-paced environment at Spy Ninjas HQ .Directly responsible for creation of a inventory process for the front desk/retail redemption area.Key point of contact for all inventory at Spy Ninjas HQ and train other team members on inventory control processes to ensure accountability and organization.Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of Spy Ninjas HQ.Assist with staff duty delegation and training.Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times.Responsible for checking in guests, providing them all the needed information to have a fantastic experience at Spy Ninjas HQ.Provide the best party experience every time - guest service is the highest priority.Handle bookings, hosting, and leading parties.Act as exclusive party host for birthday parties and events held at Spy Ninjas HQ - including party preparation, guest check-in, incredible service, food and beverage delivery and cake-cutting, directing guests to activities, maintaining a time schedule, and more.Assist in training party agents.Resolve customer requests and complaints.Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis and practice proper cost controls by accurately scanning merchandise.Perform opening, mid-day, and/or closing duties pertaining to the party department.Adhere to scheduled shifts and willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate.Set a high standard and good example for front desk/party staff and other team members regarding punctuality, attendance, attitude, cleanliness and hygiene.Acts as a first responder to emergencies and responds appropriately.Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Our perfect candidate has:Have a high school diploma or GEDFor lead position, must have at least one year retail and/or inventory experience.For agent position, must have at least one year experience in a similar environment.18 years of age or olderEnergetic personality, people-oriented,
and a team playerExhibit great leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide exceptional customer service to all guestsAbility to speak and lead in front of groupsOrganized and detail orientedProficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skillsDemonstrate excellent time management skillsAvailability to work days, nights, and/or weekendsHave prior similar experience; amusement or hospitality experience a plusCPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certifiedComplete and pass a background checkMust currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
