Spy Ninjas: HQ is a brand new first of its kind family entertainment center in Las Vegas based on “Spy Ninjas” - the hit family-friendly YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple branded channels. The park will feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more!

Primary Objective:

The Arcade Technician at Spy Ninjas HQ will be the point person for all arcade game repairs and maintenance. The arcade technician will ensure scheduled maintenance is conducted on all arcade games. The arcade technician will be a liaison between the attractions and management team to ensure timely resolution of any repairs and maintenance of arcade equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, etc.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components or parts such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Plan and coordinate with third parties to obtain parts for arcade games when needed.
• Collaborate with any third party regarding warranty issues.
• Be the point of contact for arcade transportation and placement in the park to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and visibility.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:

• Basic/ Moderate computer skills
• Networking experience
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use and handle tools to perform work
• Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledgeable on OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with management and other team members
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
• General knowledge/skill set on the repair and maintenance of Virtual Reality equipment and arcade games experience is a bonus
• Must have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to succinctly communicate vertically and in writing and provide clear direction and updates
• Must possess a strong desire to work in a team first environment
