Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly

A midsize passenger transportation client in the greater Phoenix area is looking to hire an Operations Manager to support their growing business.

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher with demonstrated experience in the transportation industry, preferably in passenger transport. As a vital member of our team, the Dispatcher plays a central role in our day-to-day operations. This position requires a high level of flexibility, adeptness at multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a keen focus on optimizing driver routes to maximize efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers effectively, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Collaboration and frequent communication with both management and the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team are essential to achieve optimal operational performance.
