Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor – School Based

Exciting opportunity to join our Behavioral Health team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor in a Spartanburg District 2 school.

We are looking for licensed counselors to join our team to service students and families in a school-based setting!

Excellent salary up to $55,000 based on experience with excellent full-time benefits, sign-on bonus, and quarterly incentive.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Work within the established organizational baseline of integrated primary health and behavioral health capability.
• Assess clients’ needs, provide counseling, and ensure access to needed and appropriate services, including treatment, rehabilitation, service linkage, case monitoring, and client advocacy functions.
• Review individual service plans, follow up, and intervene as required.
• Consult with other agencies or programs' representatives to coordinate client treatment and case management services.
• Perform discharge and aftercare planning; follow up with clients to determine their progress and adjustment during and after services.
