Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients in accordance with the policy and procedures of ReGenesis Pharmacy.
• You will work alongside a collaborative team to develop a plan of action for every patient to provide the most appropriate compliance driven prescription outcomes.
• You will use all available resources of software and hardware to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions using state of the art technology.
• You will be supervise a staff that will be responsible for inventory ordering, stocking, prescription returns, phone etiquette, and prescription processing.
• You will use your personal skills to convey information directly to patients in a clear and concise manner to increase compliance and understanding of their overall healthcare.
• You will be responsible for day to day operations of the pharmacy including sales, volume, reporting, compliance, retention rate, and overall patient satisfaction.
