ReGenesis Health Care, Inc is Hiring a Quality Improvement Coordinator Near Spartanburg, SC

Overview:

The Quality Improvement Coordinator assists the Quality Improvement & Risk Manager, and Chief Administrative Officer, as well as other members of the Compliance teams, by performing a variety of tasks assigned per HRSA requirements, patient access needs, Uniform Data System and Federal Tort Claims Act reporting, and PCMH standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address ColoGuard and Mammography Labs in eCW for scheduling/follow-up on a daily basis in eCW, to help close gaps in care.
  • Address any SC DHEC Best Chance Network (BCN) Requests for Information that are mailed, faxed, or emailed to RHC (by looking up appointments, medical records, etc. and sometimes using external records databases, such as EPIC), daily.
  • Process and quality-check all BCN enrollments after they are sent via interoffice mail to you, from all RHC sites, daily.
  • Assist Health Informatics Coordinator with closing open orders, per policy, and per Health Informatics Manager instructions, on an ongoing basis.
  • Reassign patients to current PCPs from those no longer working at RHC, at receipt of instructions and approval from the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Assist with Site Inspections at each site, every quarter, as required by Quality Improvement & Risk Manager.
  • At annual receipt of schedule set by Bearden-Josey Center for Breast Health, set appointments for SRHS Mobile Mammogram Unit, on an ongoing basis.
  • At annual receipt of schedule set by Quality Improvement & Risk Manager, set appointments for RHC MMC #2 Mammograms, on an ongoing basis.
  • Request patient contact lists from Dr. Murphy, DNP for follow-ups on outstanding Women's Health results, etc. at least twice per week.
  • Contact patients to confirm receipts of results, and schedule follow-up appointments, etc. on behalf of Women’s Health at request of department Director.
  • Assemble Women’s Health educational and promotional materials when needed (including with ChooseWell and BCN information and collateral).
  • Participate in all internal and external training sessions and partner meetings as required.
  • Oversee all Exact Sciences administrative activities for ColoGuard testing.
  • Assist Quality Improvement & Risk Manager with workflow development, information collection for reporting, and data analyses.
  • Present to Executive and Managerial staff, new hires, teammates, and all staff, as well as outside entities, as needed.
  • Any and all Other duties as assigned.
