Position Description:

Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our underground utility installation projects in Las Vegas, NV. Your responsibilities include overseeing project execution, changes, and quality. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in budgeting, change order management, and maintaining accountability in our field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Project Oversight:

• Ensure the flawless execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage changes and adjustments, while keeping a keen eye on project schedules.
• Work closely with field supervisors to ensure they have the tools to meet their responsibilities and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Provide support to field teams in meeting project goals and expectations.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Foster strong client relationships and act as a responsive liaison between the company and its clients.

Financial Management:

• Lead budgeting efforts by providing the field with accurate data in order to profitably execute.
• Get adjustments when necessary to adapt to project developments.
• Generate and track change orders, maintaining clear records of all financial aspects related to projects.

Qualifications:

• An understanding of civil construction and underground utilities installation is strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience and/or associate degree in business or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience building jobs, permitting experience, etc.
• Financial acumen with the ability to review budgets for early identification of inaccuracies or overages, accurately compile billing data and change orders.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
