Position Summary

The Runner supports the operations department and admin staff by delivering and picking up orders, permits, checks, etc., around the Las Vegas valley. This position also serves as custodial staff ensuring all buildings are kept clean, stocked, and free if debris and/or trash.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Driving in a safe manner and within state laws
• Picking up and/or delivering items across the Las Vegas valley
• Communicating effectively and respectfully with coworkers, jobsite workers, and vendors
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked
• Ensuring all common areas are clean and free of debris
• Emptying trash receptacles, as needed
• Delivering packages to office employees, as needed
• Assisting the Operations department with all requests received
• Assisting the Yard Hand, as needed
• Performing other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Minimum Construction OSHA 10 certification
• Provide proof of Forklift Certification within 30 days of employment
• Consistent and predictable attendance
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Knowledge of safe driving practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
