The Business Analyst – 3rd Party Integrations assists to develop technical solutions to business problems by defining, analyzing and documenting custom programming requirements requested by customers related to Mobile Comm or Ancillary Integrations; managing requirements at the project level, helping to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way and communicating clearly with all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software as well as knowledge in SQL, JAVA, and XML preferred. Knowledge of FTP, SFTP and API communications is also helpful.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have efficient communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
