You'll collaborate closely with our Construction Project Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing activities essential for the successful completion of reconstruction projects. Your dedication to ensuring top-notch service will be paramount in all interactions with customers, subcontractors, and team members.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Initiation

a. Evaluate and sell projects.

b. Educate customers on process.

2. Project Planning

a. Identify and document project scope of work.

b. Review estimates.

c. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.

d. Review budgets.

3. Project Execution

a. Create project schedule and timeline.

b. Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.

c. Negotiate terms and set expectations.

d. Perform periodic reviews to evaluate their performance.

e. Deliver materials to job sites and other assigned tasks to ensure timely project completion.

4. Customer Satisfaction

a. Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience.

b. Manage all warranty activities.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• Effective written and oral communication
• Intermediate math skills
• Superb customer service track record
• Experience in restoration and/or construction required

Formal Education/Training

• High school diploma/GED
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
